Introduction to My 2025 Study Abroad in South Korea

From May 18th-June2nd I will be studying Sustainable Urbanism in South Korea, learning about the methods of building cities that are far different than the ones I am used to. This blog in particular will explore the methods of utilizing Local Food Systems and Urban Agriculture in South Korea in order to understand how food processes operate.
